Yashwant Dugdha Prakriya Limited started in 2008 in Shirala, located in the Sangli district, known for its rich natural resources as well as superior climate conditions for crops, animal health, and food production. Over the years, Yashwant Dugdha Prakriya Limited has evolved and has always been on the leading edge of innovation and quality. Today, the "Puro" name and its product range are known all over Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka.

Yashwant Dugdha Prakriya Limited is also planning to expand its manufacturing plant to handle production of Skimmed Milk Powder 10 Metric Ton per day, Export quality Cheese 5 Metric Ton per day, Ice Cream 10,000 liters per day.
